Natasha Brown is a British novelist.

Her debut novel Assembly was shortlisted for awards including the Folio Prize, the Goldsmiths Prize and the Orwell Prize for Fiction. Her second novel Universality was shortlisted for the Orwell Prize and longlisted for the Prix Femina, the Prix Médicis and the Booker Prize. Natasha’s books have been translated into 20 languages.

Natasha was named one of Granta’s Best of Young British Novelists in 2023 and one of the Observer’s Best Debut Novelists in 2021. She is the Chair of the International Booker Prize 2026 judges.
